Do you know all the different IELTS reading question types? If not have a look here.

Not really sure of what your question is. It sound like the best place to start however, is with developing your vocabulary.
You can begin learning key words and this will lead to a better score. See the 'vocab' area in this site.
It will take many months for this improvement to happen.
