Dear Professor Robertson,

All of us at Wiffin University would like to thank you for participating in our most recent business motivation conference. It was refreshing to have a researcher's perspective on how to motivate workers.  We would also like to thank your graduate assistants Linda and Patrick for their talks as well.  We all know how lucky we are to have access to this information. 
Could I ask the three of you to send copies of your talks to us? We would like to publish them in the minutes of the conference so that all of the employees can reference them.

After such an enthusiastic conference we could like to extend to you our invitation for next year's conference as well.
