In the IELTS test you will be asked 40 questions in 4 Sections.
Throughout the test you will have short breaks - of around 30 seconds - in between each section.
Be sure you take this short break time (around 30 seconds) to read ahead to the next section. Don't take the time to review your answers - it is almost impossible that you will be able to remember the details of what you heard anyway
