Where is the TOEFL exam required?


While almost 10,000 universities in English-speaking countries accept the TOEFL exam as a way to test a student's level in English, many businesses also use the TOEFL as a way of assessing the English level of their employees. 

Certain countries, such as the UK, Australia and the USA, also accept a TOEFL score as proof of proficiency in English. This can be important for immigration, to study, or to find a job.
