Key #2: Study according to the time limits.
Students who do well on test day are aware of how much time they have for a particular question. When you complete practice test questions, you must do so according to strict time limits. It's no good writing a practice essay in 1 hour if you only have 40 minutes on test day! It is most important that you become aware with all the time constraints for each type of test question.
Of course, we're not saying all practice must be done under time constraints. At the beginning of your studies, work slowly and focus on developing suitable techniques, but start timing yourself toward the end to prepare for the realities of test day.
In summary: it’s critical to be able to complete questions within the given time constraints. Make sure you are prepared.
